Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish in my home. I use quality equipment, top of the line vinyl and you may see little fingers in the finished product pictures which would be my little helpers/models (aka - my kids!) I love what I do and I hope that you love what you purchase. 

If you change your mind about an item within a week of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. It must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping has to be covered by the buyer. If it is a personalized item, I can not give a refund. If it was damaged or there is ANY kind of issue with it I will be happy to replace it after photo of issues is sent to info@vinyldesignco.com.
